Canvas prints are made on archival‑grade canvasusing museum‑quality giclée printing, so your artwork keeps good detail and color. Key product details:

• Build: stretched over deep wooden stretcher bars
• Finish: scratch, crack, and warp resistant
• Ready to hang: sawtooth hanging hardware is already installed
• Made on demand with no minimum order quantity

Canvas products come in 7 size formats (square, photo, panoramic, etc.), and the exact measurements are based on inch sizes, while the centimetre labels are rounded for readability.

Your order is printed and shipped from a production facility close to your delivery address. This helps keep delivery faster and shipping costs lower. 

Typical delivery after shipping:

• Europe & UK: 2–5 business days
• USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
• Australia: 4–8 business days 

Once the order ships, the status changes to Shipped and a tracking link is generated so you and your customer can follow the delivery. 

Production usually starts within 1–2 business days after the order is paid. 

Printumo products are made‑to‑order, so returns or refunds aren’t accepted.  If a you change your mind or have ordered the wrong size, color, or artwork. 

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you can request a free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery by sending photos of the issue, the packaging barcode, and the order ID.
